Why nobody agrees on how many games there are

Three things drive the spread. Regional lobbies differ — the Ontario platform is a separate site with its own catalogue, so a count taken there and a count taken elsewhere in Canada are counts of different things. Scope varies — some totals include live tables, bingo, keno and scratch cards, others count only RNG casino games. And dates vary, in a category where suppliers add titles weekly.

The count below was taken from a Canadian account outside Ontario on 3 August 2026, including RNG games and live tables and excluding duplicate regional builds of the same title. It is offered with its method attached, which is the only way a games count means anything.

Table games: the variants and the fine print

Around 22 blackjack builds and 32 roulette builds sit in the RNG section, with baccarat and a Caribbean-style stud poker alongside them. Variants are not cosmetic — the rules changes move the house edge, sometimes significantly.

Live dealer: tables, suppliers and betting ranges

The live section runs past 60 tables, streamed from studio floors by Evolution, Pragmatic Play and On Air Entertainment. Betting ranges are wide enough to hold both ends of the market on the same table list.

Two constraints apply across the whole section. Live tables cannot be played in demo mode anywhere — a dealer cannot deal to a play-money seat — so real money is the only entry. Video poker deserves a specific note: it carries some of the highest theoretical returns on the entire platform, above most slots, and simultaneously one of the lowest bonus contributions at 2% on selected titles. That combination catches people out. A player optimising for return should play video poker without a bonus; a player clearing a bonus should not go near it.

Who supplies the games — and one myth to clear up

Seven or eight suppliers appear in the Canadian lobby depending on how studio sub-brands are counted: Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Blueprint Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, On Air Entertainment and Ready Play Gaming, with NetEnt and Red Tiger titles present through platform distribution.

Ontario runs a different lobby

An Ontario account and an account registered anywhere else in Canada do not see the same catalogue. The two operate on separately licensed platforms — AGCO and iGaming Ontario for Ontario, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission elsewhere — and each supplier agreement has to be negotiated and registered per jurisdiction. Titles that clear the process in one market can lag in the other by months.

This is the main reason a player following a review to a specific title sometimes cannot find it. Nothing has been removed; the game was never registered in that market. It is also, as covered above, why published game counts for this brand diverge so widely — a reviewer counting an Ontario lobby and one counting a Kahnawake lobby are counting two different products under one name.

Which games count towards bonus wagering
