Confirm the request through the account
Match the email or message to an authenticated account notice and case number. Ask which period, source and document type the review needs before uploading anything.
A legitimate review does not require your password, one-time login code, full card security code or online-banking credentials.

Map each document to one fact
Use a short cover list: employment income, business proceeds, savings, asset sale or another lawful source, followed by the document that supports it. Show the account-holder name and relevant transaction while redacting unrelated entries where the channel permits.
